14-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Vice Palm, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at viceloot@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain personalized, custom-made, final-sale, or used items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
